Shipping policy
Product Delivery Methods
Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse once weekly on Sundays. In exceptional cases where products must be manufactured prior to dispatch, shipment may be delayed accordingly. Delivery of goods is possible by the following methods:
- Delivery by Slovak Post,
- Delivery by Packeta to a pick-up location (specify name and address of pick-up location in order special requests),
- Delivery by Packeta to a specified address.
Delivery Price
At the time of ordering, the cost of delivery and postage are combined and clearly presented to the customer. Delivery charges apply within the territory of the Slovak Republic and other European Union member states.
For technical and regulatory reasons, it is not possible to dispatch goods to countries outside the European Union or shipments with a total weight exceeding 15 kg.
Estimated Delivery Times
The following delivery times are provided for general guidance only and are determined by the selected carrier. Actual delivery times may vary and remain under the control of the respective carrier.

Carrier Responsibility and Delivery Variability
The above delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Final delivery schedules are determined solely by the carrier and depend on logistical conditions, destination, customs clearance (for international shipments), public holidays, and other operational factors beyond our control.
